Tuition rates are based on legal residency as follows:
- Sponsored Rate: Residents of Cambria County
- Non-Sponsored: Pennsylvania residents living outside of Cambria County
- Somerset County: Residents of Somerset County
- Out-of-State Rate: Non-Pennsylvania residents
