Offered in partnership with Johnstown Welding and Fabrication Industries (JWFI), Penn Highlands’ Business Management for Manufacturing Certificate helps JWFI employees build the leadership, management, and process improvement skills needed to grow within the organization.
When combined with the JWFI apprenticeship program, this certificate creates a pathway for employees to earn a Business Management for Manufacturing certificate and apply eligible credits toward a Penn Highlands diploma. Employees who wish to continue their education may also apply earned coursework and apprenticeship credits toward an Associate of Applied Science in Entrepreneurship.
