KEYS is a collaborative program between the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and Pennsylvania Highlands Community College. KEYS is designed to assist recipients of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) attend Pennsylvania Highlands Community College and achieve their academic goals by providing academic support through intensive case management, obtaining supportive services through the County Assistance Office, and connecting students to College resources and community services.
